Mike Cassidy, Co-Founder
Mike has over 40 years of hospitality experience in various leadership roles to most recently serving as Vice President of Operations at Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Mike provided oversight to an expansive portfolio from ‘Big Box’ convention to ‘limited service’ hotels. Mike began his career at Hyatt where he served for over 20 years and received national recognition and accolades for his work. Mike uses his industry experience and passion to drive efficient execution of strategic plans and operational objectives that will deliver financial solutions for optimal bottom line impact. Mike is a Northwood University alum who resides in Chicago, Illinois.
Melinda Finelli, Revenue Management
Revenue Management leader and Sales Partner with over 18 years of Topline experience both on property and at the regional level. Melinda has a proven history of increasing Top-Line Revenue and Market Share through people, processes and utilization of tools. Melinda began her Hospitality career with Hilton Hotels as a Director of Revenue Management for various properties. In 2004, Melinda joined Starwood Hotels as Director of Revenue Management and has been in a Regional role since 2007. Melinda resides in Chicago with her husband Chris, son Nicholas and daughter Isabella.
Bob Hermany, Co-Founder
A hospitality industry veteran with over 35 years of experience, Bob recently served as Chief of North America Operations for Starwood Hotels & Resorts where he was directly responsible for the operation and oversight of over 600 full-service and select-service hotels and resorts. Bob is focused on improving hotel's health, net rooms growth and owner return. Under Bob’s leadership and direction, Starwood Hotels & Resorts re-organized the North American Corporate Division along with the successful roll-out of key topline, brand and innovative concepts. Bob is a Cornell alum who resides in Chicago, Illinois.
Bessie Spiro Griggs, Finance, Six Sigma & Supply Chain
Corporate Executive with 30 years hospitality and business services experience, Bessie is a Regional Leader in Finance, Six Sigma (certified Master Black Belt), Project Management, Supply Chain/ Strategic Sourcing and Sustainability. Proven expertise as agile strategic leader driving top and bottom line profits through cost reduction, operational efficiency improvement, productivity maximization, and contract negotiation.
